This month we are featuring seasonal artwork highlighting Covington and Cincinnati area scenes. We have fresh colors in jewelry, excellent handmade pottery, and lovely hand painted silk scarves.

Gallery 31 Celebrates One Year Anniversary!
Passionate Arts Center invites you to
Summer Happening!
our new exhibit and
the theme of our summer ONE YEAR
Gallery 31 ANNIVERSARY .
Appropriately, we are kicking off Gallery 33,
our new, fresh art gallery / salon / teahouse / art bar
where you can come do art, share some conversation, have a beverage, and gather with others doing the same.
Kind of like fragrant social utility meets art 101.

- The Covington Art Club scholarship competition on display in Gallery 33 includes the best artists from area high schools. You will be amazed at their talent! Paintings, drawings, sculpture, 3 D creations! It will stir your creativity too:-)
- Gallery 31 will be brimming with an array of the best of regional art. Come, meet the artists, nosh, enjoy music and the evening in the CVG!
**GPS Alert! If you have not yet been to our Gallery, please note that we are on West Pike St in Covington. Two people in the last week looked for Pike St without the 'WEST" and were taken by their GPS to Ludlow/Bromley.
- West Pike in Covington is a street between 6th and 7th Streets when you're on Madison Ave (the original main throughway).
- Passionate Arts Center/Gallery 31 is just one-half block off Madison Ave, next to Klingenberg Hardware. (Burgundy awning, beautiful window boxes!) Turn onto W. Pike at the clock by Motch's Jewelry.
- Other West Pike galleries include Encore Design (2 w. pike, 2nd floor), Covington Clay (16 w. pike), The BLDG (30 w. pike) and Sandra Small Gallery (124 w. pike).
- If you come off I-71/75 on the 12th Street exit, go straight to Pike Street and then head east toward the downtown area, not up the hill. (We are east of the interstate, but 'west' of Madison.) Taking Pike from that point will bring you in to Duveneck's statue and the 7th & Washington St intersection.
- Just grab a parking spot and enter from the 7th Street door to Passionate Arts Center. On the Seventh Street side, we are right across from the Artisan Enterprise Center, which is at 25 W. 7th Street, and a great place to get a map and start 'hopping'.

Spring is Finally HERE! This Friday, April 2
It's "SIMPLY SPRING!" at last! Come meet-and-greet with our artists in Gallery 31! We have wine, cheese (and sometimes, homemade cookies) and we love sharing these fabulous regional artists with the city!
Also, visit the benefit art sale next door at 33 W. Pike St. Children from the NKU Childcare Center will have artwork for sale to benefit that Center, on the evening of Apr 2 only. Delightful and fresh!
In Gallery 31, we have many spring landscapes, florals, and nautical paintings, along with lovely pastels and Conte drawings by featured artists Ann Harrod, Don Seither, Carin Hebenstreit, Bob Hebenstreit, Noella Trippetti, Karen Ng, Theresa Freytag; Photography by Ron Peake; Jewelry Designs including wedding jewelry by Linda Martin, Paula Peake, Christy DiVenere, and others, including new 'bibs' studded with jewels and beads, by Azhand .Hats by Pat Jacunski and Barbara Baxter; Sculpture by John Weber; Pottery by Jason Parsley and Jaime Illiff, Handknit scarves by Carol Rentschler, Painted silks by Paula Peake; Stained Glass by Paula Cole; Artwork greeting cards and stationery, Handmade soaps and many other gift items.
